Based on your responses to the Custom Hitting Drill survey, the personalized hitting drill for you is the Bow and Arrow Drill.

With your responses, we recommend working on hip hinge and keeping the back foot connected during your swing.

With this drill, we are working loading down into our back hip and using hip hinge to turn and get into a powerful contact position.

By working on this drill and forcing yourself to use hip hinge to extend through the ball you should see improvement hitting outside and lower pitches and be able to hit the ball hard to all parts of the field.

But don't stop there...

This is just one drill that is available for members of The Hitting Vault to work on bat path and unlocking the power in their swing.

"Now I take the swing I want with every at bat. I brought Coach Lisle in because of his knowledge of swing mechanics and his attention to detail. I love the results. The Hitting Vault is an incredible resource for hitters of all ages."

"In my time as a professional softball player... and as a D1 hitting coach... I have worked with many incredible hitting minds, Coach Matt Lisle being at the top of that list. The immediate improvement hitters see after working with him is unprecedented."
